New England’s Premier Outpatient Program for Veterans and First Responders
New England’s Premier Outpatient Program for Veterans and First Responders
Our Day Treatment Program operates five days a week and delivers a comprehensive, trauma-informed clinical model designed specifically for first responders and military veterans seeking treatment for substance use disorders (SUD), PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, and operational stress. This intensive level of care includes evidence-based group therapy, individual counseling, psychiatric evaluation and medication management, case coordination, and family support services—all structured to promote stability, healing, and long-term recovery.
What makes our program truly unique is that every component is led by former or active first responders and professionals with extensive experience treating frontline personnel. Our culturally competent team understands the demands, stressors, and exposures that come with serving in police, fire services, EMS, dispatch, corrections, probation, court services, justice-system roles, and all branches of the U.S. military.
With a team that speaks your language and a clinical environment built exclusively for the responder community, our program provides the trust, understanding, and specialized care needed for meaningful recovery and improved mental health.
Our Partial Intensive Outpatient Program (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM) provides structured, trauma-informed treatment specifically designed for first responders and military veterans seeking ongoing support for substance use disorders (SUD), PTSD, and other mental health challenges. This five-day-a-week program offers a clinically robust schedule in a condensed format, ideal for first responders who need consistent therapeutic care while returning to work, managing shifts, or rebuilding daily routines.
Services include evidence-based group therapy, individual counseling, psychiatric evaluation and medication management, case coordination, and family support services—all tailored to the unique stressors faced in frontline professions.
What makes this program stand out is its leadership: every group and session is facilitated by former or active first responders, ensuring authentic cultural competence. We proudly serve individuals in law enforcement, fire services, EMS, dispatch, corrections, probation, court services, and all branches of the U.S. military.
This culturally aligned, confidential environment fosters trust, peer connection, and true understanding—helping first responders and veterans strengthen resilience, maintain sobriety, and continue their recovery with a team that speaks their language.
Our individual counseling services for first responders and military veterans deliver specialized, trauma-informed care for those navigating critical incidents, PTSD, cumulative stress, anxiety, depression, and substance use challenges. Sessions are conducted by culturally competent clinicians—including former and active first responders—who understand the realities of policing, firefighting, EMS work, dispatch, corrections, and military service.
Therapy is confidential, goal-focused, and grounded in evidence-based treatments such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-processing approaches, and resilience-building interventions. Each session is tailored to the unique pressures and emotional demands of frontline professions, helping first responders stabilize, recover, and regain clarity.
Our individualized approach strengthens long-term resilience, enhances emotional regulation, and supports lasting mental health—providing a safe and trusted space to heal with clinicians who truly understand your world.
