Our Day Treatment Program operates five days a week and delivers a comprehensive blend of clinical services tailored specifically for the first responder community. The program includes evidence-based group therapy, individualized one-on-one therapy, psychiatric evaluation and medication management, case coordination, and dedicated family support services. What sets this program apart is that it is designed and facilitated entirely by former or active first responders—ensuring culturally competent care that speaks directly to the lived experiences of those who serve in Police, Fire, EMS, Corrections, Dispatch, and related roles.
Our Partial Day Program is designed to provide continued clinical support as first responders progress in their recovery and require less intensive care than a full-day treatment schedule. Operating five days a week, this flexible program delivers the same high-quality, evidence-based services in a condensed format—allowing for meaningful therapeutic engagement while accommodating increasing personal and professional responsibilities.
Services include targeted group therapy, individualized one-on-one therapy, psychiatric evaluation and medication management, case coordination, and dedicated family support resources. What makes this program uniquely impactful is that it is facilitated exclusively by former or active-duty first responders, ensuring culturally attuned care that resonates with the real-world experiences of those in law enforcement, fire services, EMS, corrections, dispatch, and similar roles. This setting fosters a strong sense of trust, camaraderie, and understanding—helping first responders continue their healing journey in a supportive and relatable environment.
Our Evening Intensive Outpatient Program is designed to meet the unique needs of first responders who require structured clinical support while maintaining their work schedules or transitioning back into the field. This level of care provides a flexible, yet therapeutically rigorous environment in the evenings, allowing participants to engage in treatment without disrupting their daily responsibilities.
Held three nights per week, the Evening IOP includes trauma-informed group therapy, individual clinical sessions as needed, ongoing case management, and peer support groups led by fellow first responders. Programming is built around themes relevant to the occupational stressors and cultural nuances of the first responder experience—including operational stress, vicarious trauma, critical incident exposure, moral injury, and the impact on relationships and family systems.
The evening track also incorporates rotating alumni and retiree peer groups, providing a bridge to long-term recovery and fostering mentorship within the first responder community. This program is ideal for those stepping down from more intensive services like PHP, or for individuals who require continued support in a structured setting while managing professional or personal commitments.
All services are delivered by clinicians with firsthand first responder backgrounds, ensuring that care is both clinically sound and culturally competent.
