New England’s Premier Outpatient Program for Veterans and First Responders
New England’s Premier Outpatient Program for Veterans and First Responders
First responders face extraordinary challenges—running toward danger, witnessing trauma, and carrying the weight of responsibility long after each call ends. Over time, constant exposure to crisis, loss, and moral injury can take a serious toll on mental health, relationships, and overall well-being.
At Rebuilding Recovery Center, we offer a dedicated space where police officers, firefighters, paramedics, EMTs, and dispatchers can safely decompress, connect, and heal among peers who understand. Whether you’re actively serving or retired, managing burnout or navigating symptoms of PTSD, our culturally competent clinicians are here to guide you forward.
Our approach combines structured therapy, peer-driven groups, individualized treatment, and confidential support—all designed to rebuild resilience, strengthen connection, and restore balance both on and off the job.
Correctional officers, probation officers, bailiffs, court officers, and others working within the justice system are often overlooked in traditional behavioral health programs—but not here. These professionals, along with military veterans from all branches, face daily high-stress environments, repeated exposure to trauma, and moral conflict that can take a lasting toll on mental health and well-being.
At Rebuilding Recovery Center, we provide a dedicated space for justice-system professionals and military veterans to decompress, process, and rebuild. Whether you’re actively working or retired, experiencing acute stress or long-term PTSD, our culturally competent clinicians understand the weight and complexity of your service.
Our approach blends structured therapy, peer support, individualized treatment, and confidential guidance—designed to restore balance, build resilience, and renew purpose both on and off the job.
While we highlight specific roles above, our commitment extends to every first responder. Whether you serve in a specialty role not explicitly listed—such as federal agents, environmental officers, military police, emergency management personnel, or other uniformed services—know that you belong here. If your work places you in the path of crisis, trauma, or public protection, this program was built with you in mind.
We also offer dedicated evening groups tailored for the families of first responders, recognizing that the impact of the job doesn’t end with the individual. Spouses, partners, and loved ones are invited to participate in supportive, educational, and therapeutic programming designed to strengthen family systems and foster healing at home.
This is a community built by and for first responders. No matter your badge, title, or uniform—if you serve, you're seen, supported, and never alone.
