With over 20 years in the field and a background in law enforcement, Michael brings a deep understanding of the challenges faced by first responders and their families. His work focuses on substance use, trauma, gambling, and emotional wellness—especially within the first responder and veteran communities.

He uses a client-centered, trauma-informed approach, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and talk therapy. His goal is to help clients gain insight into their personal barriers, improve quality of life, and create sustainable paths toward healing and growth.

Her work has focused on helping people impacted by trauma and stress to overcome their symptoms and reengage in their lives in meaningful and fulfilling ways. She joined the Rebuilding First Responders Program after a decade of serving veterans, with a special

 Ariane has been providing mental health care in Massachusetts since 2012. Her work has focused on helping people impacted by trauma and stress to overcome their symptoms and reengage in their lives in meaningful and fulfilling ways. She joined the Rebuilding First Responders Program after a decade of serving veterans, with a speciality in intensive residential PTSD and substance abuse treatment. She is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy and is trained in a wide range of additional evidence-based modalities, including  Present Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mind and Body Medicine, and mindfulness. Her approach is rooted in trauma-informed care incorporating Polygvagal theory to help clients develop an understanding of the biology behind their symptoms and create tangible coping strategies to regain a sense of balance. She is committed to supporting her clients as they develop a deeper inner connection enabling them to fully understand their internal and external experiences, identify their resources and resilience, and develop the coping skills necessary to foster healing and growth.

Gage brings a unique combination of real-world first-responder experience and advanced academic training. With a background as a combat veteran and a firefighter in Taunton, he understands intimately the pressures and sacrifices of first responders. Currently completing doctoral work and serving

Gage brings a unique combination of real-world first-responder experience and advanced academic training. With a background as a combat veteran and a firefighter in Taunton, he understands intimately the pressures and sacrifices of first responders. Currently completing doctoral work and serving as a clinical intern, Gage specializes in trauma, stress, and wellness among those who serve on the front lines. His approach is shaped by lived experience and evidence-informed care, with the goal of helping first responders and veterans navigate mental-health challenges, build resilience, and find long-term balance and healing.

As an experienced 911 Regional Dispatcher and EMT, Alex possesses a critical understanding of emergency response and immediate patient care. This practical experience is powerfully complemented by a degree in Social Work, which underpi

 Alex brings a profound commitment to public service and mental well-being to their multifaceted career. As an experienced 911 Regional Dispatcher and EMT, Alex possesses a critical understanding of emergency response and immediate patient care. This practical experience is powerfully complemented by a degree in Social Work, which underpins a deeply empathetic and trauma-informed approach to human interaction.  In her spare time, she can be found at the beach or a playground with her children.

With a deep understanding of the unique stressors faced in the field, Dana offers a grounded, collaborative approach that’s built on trust, respect, and real conversat

 Dana DeLorenzo is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), current Transit Police Officer, and State Coordinator with a strong commitment to supporting first responders. With a deep understanding of the unique stressors faced in the field, Dana offers a grounded, collaborative approach that’s built on trust, respect, and real conversations.

She is trained in psychodynamic therapy, CBT, CPT, DBT, and EMDR, integrating these evidence-based practices to help clients manage trauma, anxiety, and daily challenges. Her sessions focus on both root causes and practical tools for moving forward.

Dana knows how critical it is for first responders to have consistent, confidential support from someone who truly understands the culture. She's here to help when you're ready to talk.
